All products offered by Aurora Performance are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are not approved by the FDA, Health Canada, or any regulatory body. By purchasing, you warrant that you are a qualified researcher or a legitimate research institution and that you will use products for research purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders subject to verification requirements for restricted products.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your raw credit card information. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties.
6. Membership
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Member discounts apply only to eligible purchases.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent the nature of the products, or to provide them to any person for human or animal consumption.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aurora Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. The products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
